INGREDIENTI :
PROCEDIMENTO:
Versate acqua + fiocchi d’avena in una ciotola e lasciate in ammollo dalla notte prima.
Versate il composto colloso ottenuto in un padellino insieme al latte e ad un pizzico di sale e portate ad ebollizione per 4-5min.
Quando l’avena avrà assorbito il latte , il composto risulterà morbido ; spegnete il fuoco e trasferitelo in una ciotola.
Insaporite con cacao amaro in polvere /cannella o con frutta fresca o con miele e noci per una colazione da campioni!
