Cuocete 150 gr circa di riso nero o Avena ; una volta caldo unitelo con 50-60 gr di cioccolato fondente >80% già tritato in precedenza e aggiungete anche 1 cucchiaino di Miele d’Acacia e frutta secca/ semi oleosi (semi di girasole, semi di chia, semi di lino)
Stendete il composto sulla teglia da forno (precedentemente foderata con carta da forno) in modo omogeneo in modo tale da avere un composto uniforme. Lasciate raffreddare per qualche ora ed infine tagliate le barrette Homemade in porzioni di 30 gr l’una.
