Mescolate con un frullino la farina di ceci con l’acqua tiepida e l’ Olio E.V.O.
Lasciate riposare il composto per 4 h FUORI FRIGO a T° ambiente ed ogni ora togliere la schiumetta formata in superficie con un colino e rimescolate il composto ..Passete le 4h salate il composto ( se avete il sale integrale va benissimo!) e riponetelo in uno stampo tondo di circa 20 cm (precedentemente ho messo la carta forno come protezione )
Modalità di cottura: FORNO STATICO A 250 ° : Infornate nello spazio più basso del forno per 10 minuti e poi spostate la teglia sulla griglia più alta.
Dopo 20 min è pronta! Ottima idea di ricetta per mangiare i legumi !
