Carne di lonza
Pancetta coppata /bacon
Aromi: salvia, rosmarino
Prosciutto
Verdure a piacere
Passaggi per la preparazione:
1.Prendete una fettina di lonza e riponete al centro le verdure (lessate)
2.arrotolate delicatamente la fettina fino a formare un fagottino
3.avvolgetelo con una fetta di bacon/pancetta coppata e disponete gli aromi al centro
4.usare spago alimentare perchiudere bene il fagottino
5.COTTURA: ungere (non troppo) la padella e appena l’olio è bollente adagiare i fagottini e farli rosolare bene per qualche minuto per lato.
6.gustare accompagnando il piatto con verdure fresche di stagione!
